APAC Realty expands ERA franchise into Hong Kong
Singapore-based real estate providers APAC Real estate, via its subsidiary brand ERA, has authorized a franchise arrangement with Hong Kong– acquired real estate and financial solutions firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).
Under the legal contract announced on Oct 28, HKMD will most likely hold working legal rights over ERA registered member broker workplaces in Hong Kong for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty preserves the choice to renew the arrangement for an additional three years, based on particular contractual situations.
Hong Kong’s property industry has been showing signs of recovery this year, supported by the removal of real estate stamp obligations, easing home loan prices and enhancing price.
According to Marcus Chu, CEO of APAC Realty, the group’s entrance right into Hong Kong comes with a “tactical and appropriate time, amid renewed investor confidence and enhancing market view”.
Chu adds that the expansion will make it possible for APAC Realty to better offer clients aiming to expand their property portfolios past Singapore. “The combination of global stability and community information will push our success across the region,” he states.
ERA HKMD’s Chan says the alliance “mirrors our dedication to keeping ahead of industry patterns and enhancing our competitive upper hand”. She adds that ERA’s global system will help the firm better deal with the progressing needs of Hong Kong buyers.
Through this growth, APAC Realty’s system are going to grow to greater than 21,900 advisors throughout 14 Asia-Pacific nations. The Hong Kong franchise– ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon– will be led by Michelle Chan and Benny Wong, both seasoned professionals with around three decades of skill in financial and cross-border property.
