Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
The 111-key lodging will be part of a larger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to benefit from Busan’s growing account as a leisure, health and medical tourism hub, says Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 foreign clinical guests annually by 2030.
The hotel is South Korea’s second Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Noh Dae Hyun, director of MS&C Co, states, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and local framework, we aim to develop a differentiated location that integrates hospitality, wellness and housing experiences.”
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton authorized a franchise business agreement with South Korean F&B producing company MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.

Hilton Garden Inn is the firm’s upscale label that offers economical accommodations with increased amenities. The label has approximately 40 trading accommodations in Apac.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will include a all-day dining eating establishment, cafe and lobby, fitness centre, swimming pool, spa and sauna amenities. It is near local attractions including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
Positioned throughout a mixed-use property, the 96-room hotel consists of an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and more than 10,000 sq ft of meeting and event room. The real estate is near to Grade An office spaces and retail channels, with access to primary downtown through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling Hyderabad.
